Corrective exercise is one of the foundational pieces of a comprehensive exercise program. Regardless of your fitness level, almost every person has some degree of imbalances and movement dysfunction that leads to issues with posture, balance or a lack of core and joint stability. As a corrective Exercise Specialist, I am able to better identify these patters and create a more complete and integrated excise program to help my clients move more freely and reach their fitness goals.

YOGA SCULPT
WHEN MUSCLE MEETS YOGA

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boosr metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move through a yoga flow. You'll combine free weights and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. And of course, there's is always a challenging core workout mixed in.
